We provide high-quality dry and wet food to keep all cats well-nourished and happy during their stay. However, we know many owners prefer to bring their cat’s own food to maintain familiar routines — and we’re more than happy to accommodate this. All owner-provided meals are carefully stored, clearly labelled, and fed according to your instructions to ensure your cat stays comfortable and settled. 🐾

For the health and safety of all our guests, we require proof of up-to-date annual vaccinations — F3 or higher — before any cat’s stay. This helps us maintain a clean, low-risk environment and ensures every cat in our care is protected. Owners are asked to provide current vaccination certificates prior to check-in so we can keep our cattery a safe and healthy space for everyone. 🐾

If your fur baby becomes unwell during their stay, their health and comfort are our top priority. We will promptly seek advice and treatment from a trusted local veterinarian and keep owners informed every step of the way. Our team closely monitors all cats in our care, ensuring any concerns are addressed quickly so your cat receives the attention and support they need. 🐾

Guests don’t need to bring everything for their stay — we provide comfortable bedding, enrichment toys, and all the essentials to keep cats happy and relaxed. However, owners are more than welcome to bring a favourite blanket, bed, or special comfort item to help their cat feel even more at home in a familiar environment. 🐾

We can administer oral medication to cats during their stay to help maintain their normal health routine. To ensure everything is given safely and correctly, all medications must be clearly labelled with detailed written instructions provided by the owner at check-in. 🐾

To maintain a calm and low-risk environment, cats from different families are housed separately and do not socialise with one another. This helps prevent stress, illness, and potential conflict, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful and secure stay. 🐾
